He wont get it because he plays in England.
He has everything in his locker though. When you look at his ability to run a game, to break up play, to pick a killer pass, to skip past people and think all of that can improve plus he can become stronger and he will add goals to his game, we've seen that at reserve level. I think he could be one of Arsenal and Englands all time greatest player. Possibly Englands best player since the World Cup winning side. I think he has the ability to take England far too, if the teams set up right around him. By the 2016 European championships he could be the best player in the world.
