The whole thing literally reads like he's complimenting himself for knocking United out of Champions League a third time. 😆
Think his point is that United getting knocked out shouldn't be seen as some sort of rare occurrence, that they have been knocked out at this stage plenty of times in the past.
Of course being the arrogant, self-serving, petty little cunt that he is, he had to mention the fact that he himself had been responsible for knocking them out in the past with his previous teams, as if that had absolutely any relevance to anything.
