If you're Arsenal then you don't want Spurs to win. Simple. Unless it helps Arsebal win a trophy.
For me it's more than that. Winning the FA cup won't do much for United, sure it's to be celebrated but it won't mask an underwhelming season. Whereas for Spurs, winning a trophy will be a big monkey off their back and a lot of those Spurs players are thirsty for some kind of success (see Kane's recent pettiness over the golden boot). The longer those players are starved of it, the more likely they are to fuck off.
It's an incredibly bitter and vindictive way of looking at things but that's what the last 10 years have done to me!
