Called Brighton losing because of a mistake in possession. The amount of times they lost it in their own half under no pressure at all was utterly ridiculous.

City didn't look great to me but it is only the first game of the season. I reckon they need a Xhaka in midfield funnily enough.

Saw highlights of the Chelsea game. I agree with Rex. I was quite impressed they almost drew with 10 and then 9 men.

I wasn't impressed with Chelsea at all. If we went down to 10 men at home and then quickly conceded 3 goals I wouldn't consider it praiseworthy.

Hayden starts in midfield for Newcastle. Would be great if he grabs a late scrappy winner for them.

That said, Spurs are going to walk this. Newcastle have effectively fielded a Championship side. So little quality. 0-3.

Dwight Gayle is the biggest sack of shit I've seen. Flat footed, doesn't follow his runs and scuffs shots, classic example of a player who can do championship football but isn't ever premier league standard.
