Hurts to say but Spurs do have some quality players for this League. They have a very functional team for how they want to play. They have athletic ability and power through out with decent enough technique.
Wanyama can't pass but he is brilliant defensively and that works with Dembele who is one the best midfielders in the League. Kane is arguably the best 9, Alli and Eriksen are quality and their center half pairing the strongest in the League in my opinion.
They will fail in Europe and the Wembley factor will be hard to overcome but unless their players start really pushing to be sold which will fetch them a lot of money, they will remain very competitive.
Two seasons now they have been more relevant than us in the title race.
