Definitely Lucas over Iwobi, who's been poor for about 2-3 months. Another Wenger pet.
I think so as well. Lucas has played well enough off the bench to get a start.
Iwobi has been average rather than poor - not a standout in either direction for me. I would have Lucas start ahead of Giroud - almost play him and Sanchez as two strikers and Iwobi & Ozil as creators.

I think he's been really good while Ozil was out. I'd prefer Lucas though because he's more direct and gets closer to Giroud.
