Not fussed about the loss but some of the performances were disheartening, especially Ramsey's. When his touch is not on, he can be awful.

Sick and tired of Wenger. Just doesn't have enough fire in his belly to win trophies, will always try to achieve the bare minimum ie top 4

FA cup is now our only realistic chance of winning a trophy this season IMO. We have to hope we continue getting home draws in that competition otherwise this is going to be another trophy less season. And who knows when next we'll win our next trophy with Wenger in charge.

If we are really serious about moving forward as a club and winning trophies, this should be Wenger's last season IMO.

Quite true, one look at that starting XI was enough to point towards Wenger not giving a flying feck about this competition.

Ramsey looked as if his focus was on not getting injured in a game he wished he didn't have to play.

Seems to have the right ideas most of the time but couldn't pull anything off tonight. He needs to be seen with Alexis and Ozil. He definitely has intelligence that most of our squad lack.

Central midfield is a worry anyhow. We are physically 2nd best to most teams and don't have enough technically about us to compensate for that.

At his best his touch and link play is great but it was his movement and ability to find space in the final third that was his main strength and it seems to be an aspect of his game that he's lost completely.

And yeah, would have been nice to go through but I'm not remotely fussed about going out. Honestly the prospect of a two legged tie against United or Liverpool in January doesn't feel like it would be very rewarding.

Ramsey is living off his reputation from 2014 and some performances for Wales.

Time to bin him in the summer.

I thought Xhaka was encouraging again. Also, Iwobi played well, finding his form again. We need our best technicians playing at their best to start being dangerous.

It's ridiculous that we are trying to play a highly technical game with limited footballers in that regard.

Xhaka made many mistakes but still accelerated our passing game. Should start in my opinion. Ramsey was beyond shocking and how Jenkinson starts games for this club I'll never know.

That team was cobbled together from whomever it was that Wenger didn't fear would get injured, they are barely on first name terms and will never play together again .
Most of the players bar Ramsey, Ox , CoqElneny and possibly Lucas will be last 20 minute subs at best.
Though we are probably looking at Gabriel at RB until Bellerin is back.

The notion that all we needed was a game plan ignores the lack of quality and experience that was the hallmark of that team.

Just about any team can get to our box extremely easily, whether they play long or keep it on the ground.
