Julian Draxler has reaffirmed his intention to leave Wolfsburg as soon as possible after being jeered by fans on Saturday.
What is going on there? He simply isnt that bad of a player. We must rescue him. He would do well with his buddies Per, Mesut and Shkodran for sure. AW would do a world of good to a player of his talent and technique.
James is the player we need to rescue IMO.
I would love to have Draxler. He'd be a steal in January. His profile fits Wenger's MO perfectly too.

Agree on both counts. Draxler has looked a perfect Wenger player from the very early ages, i just cant believe that we havent gone back for him since Schalke blocked the move back in 2013.
Dunno. Wenger seems to be prepared to spend big for what in his mind is the right player. Not so sure he feels James is that though! Anyway, a James level player in our front line is absolutely what we need to add to our squad to be truly competitive. Signing James probably wouldn't hurt either when trying to convince Özil and Alexis to sign new contracts. 🙂
