Fuck the penalty call, it was stupid by Monreal but its split everyone on whether it was a pen or not. I don't think any sane person could argue that Darmian shouldn't have had a second yellow.

If you are going to drop Sanchez back may as well keep Theo on for now though. Once you have Giroud it helps to have people who can get close to him.

We are making it harder for ourselves to create chances (or easier for them to stifle us) by playing so high up the pitch and passing it sideways, we have always struggled to break down Mourinho teams when the match is set up that way. We should sit back more and hand over possession to them and play it more into space imo.

Yeah Damian should have been off. Surprised no one is talking about it.

The midfield is lacking imagination. Awful actually. Ramsey is all over the place. Why does he insist on taking those careless touches. Technically he is so limited at times it's unreal. We've been poor going forward but the onus is on United to break us down.

Anyway all is only lost. 12months ago, it would've been Flamini in midfield and Giroud up top and we probably would be 2-0 down by now. We will get our chance at some point as long as it remains 0-0.
