I gather our old mate M'Vila covered himself in glory again today.
What'd he do?
M'Vila is quality, he's better than Coquelin and could play both with and instead of Arteta. Gutted we didn't get him.
I don't think we were ever even in for him - not this summer at least. He, and Rennes, have been diabolical so far this season - lost 4 from 5, and he got booed as he was subbed off against Lorient after an hour today.
A "North London club" was probably in for him the entire time, that being Spuds. He's not as good as people make out, and Coquelin will probably end up the better player if he can manage to keep his head on straight.
Looked good a year or so back. Guess he's regressed. Anyways doesn't fit our style these days
