every single player in my "in" list is better than every single player in the "out" list. it's a pisstake, but the only player there that's not realistic is tiote. everyone else either was actually sold, or is on the block.
van persie, giroud, jovetic, kagawa, cazorla, chamberlain, wilshere, sahin, tiote, arteta, diaby, coquelin, defenders and gks to me is a team capable of winning the CL. it's far more dynamic and intelligent, with good finishers and movement all over the place.
