Mario Gotze or Hazard.
However I think Jovetic could be the best option because of his versatility and not being cup tied for the CL. He could compete with our wide forwards for a starting place, Ramsey in the attacking midfield role and most importantly also act as the top quality sub for Van Persie that we all want.
I have to say though, I have only seen him play about twice or thrice as the main striker. He mostly plays as a wide forward or behind the striker, and is currently at his best in those positions, however I do believe just like Robin, he'll learn to play the striker role better as he grows older. He's a gem of a player, he's just been unlucky with injuries the past 1,5 years.
