When Aguero moves it'll be for a huge fee and massive wages. I cant see beyond Chelsea or City really. SAF apparently doesn't rate him, so I doubt it'll be Utd.
Anyway, point is, cant see us signing him as things stand.
For what it's worth, even though I'm not Aguero's biggest fan, I think he'd be great for us. He's incredibly sharp and exploits space brilliantly. I'd take him in a heart beat. He'd need to cut out the play acting and general nonsense very quickly, though.
If you guys are looking for a striker, look no further than Giuseppe Rossi. That guy is money.
Don't really rate him.
What about Llorente? Don't really rate him too much but he seems like someone who could lead the line well and score a few goals. Would not cost an arm and leg either.
Is he really that much of an upgrade on Bendtner? You'd expect Nicklas to be capable of matching his strike rate before long.
His finishing is miles better.

Watch La Liga. He's got 26 goals in 40 starts in all contests, and seems to be scoring on a weekly basis currently. He's showing versatility and a killer instinct. Much better player than the kid who left United.
Isn't really sought after by Real and a few other clubs? I think his price tag will be pretty high. Anyway we don't need another big target man, we have 2 already and I'd rather lose one of them and bring in a quicker, trickier more potent striker.
if we want a low risk high priced short term fix just get eto'o

Yeah, but La Liga's a shit league where even mickey-mouse forwards like Lionel Messi can score 40 goals a season, remember?
Lol. I crack up whenever characters say this stuff. If they don't break his legs first, Messi will easily top 30 goals per season in England as well.

Sarcasm?
nope just an honest opinion
what we need most is someone in defense or midfield who just scares the hell out of all our slackers. if a slacker plays a slack pass, this guy will just glare at said slacker, causing him to wet himself and refrain from ever repeating the error.
also need others who will hound after the ball after said slacker has delivered an errant pass

why can't both statements be true? messi would easily score 30+ goals in england, and the spanish league is a mickey mouse league.
Messi is scoring the same as Ronaldo so its fair to assume he'd do similar numbers to what Ronaldo did, maybe. Come to think of it I reckon he'd do less because Ronaldo suited the Premiership and Ronaldos best league season was 31 so I'm going to say Messi wouldn't score 30 goals in a premier league season. So there.
