We've all spouted a lot of shit over the years, mate, if we discarded everyone's opinion based on that criteria we all might as well stop posting. You included.
Mourinho signed a centreback with a similar profile to Stones for big money this summer, so I think his lack of interest does say something. But obviously it's all just speculation on my part. As you said, you rate him - that's all that really needs to be said - the rest is just you or I trying to back up our respective opinions.
Wenger was actually unusually scathing after the game against Sheffield Wednesday.
Arsenal handed debuts to Alex Iwobi, Glen Kamara, Krystian Bielik, and Ismael Bennacer but Wenger admitted the first-team opportunity came too soon for his young charges.
He told Sky Sports: "[The level] was too high for them. They are not ready to play at this level. None of them [are ready]."
Ironically, Bielik was the only one, for me, that came out of that game with his reputation enhanced! But, with regards Wenger, actions speak louder than words and it's true that Iwobi featured soon after that game.
No, I wasn't 'distraught' that Wilshere went out on loan. I just didn't think it was a good idea because I think he's a much better player than and relatively similar to Elneny, for example and it bothers me that we'll have him getting lots of minutes this season when we could have had a better player getting them.
What's the point of me saying what I think of Bielik or how I rate him relative to others that have come through? You don't care because I wear red and white glasses apparently, and to be honest I'm not really interested in a conversation with you about it with that in mind.
You have your opinion, I have mine, let's just leave it at that.
