The rep system relies on a request to the domain that's viewed as a cross-site scripting attack when you're on www.onemoreinthe ... by the forum because it uses the base URL of the document.
If you just chop off the www. in your address bar and refresh the page you should be good.
Unless of course the mods have you in some low status user category which can't give rep.
