What other clubs? There are clearly three clubs we can't compete with, one at a similar level and the rest come below.

Spurs and Newcastle are just below us, but if you would like to extend it another year we are below Spurs.
Cumulative spending would reflect badly on us given that we spent close to nothing last year. We are always lagging behind rivals and yet seldom make serious attempt to improve all the weaknesses in one go.
