Totally agree.
Hector has annoyed me a bit in the last season - his constant back passing and poor crossing the main cause - but the kid has really impressed me recently with how much responsibility he has taken. You can see he feels the seriousness of the current situation and in every game recently he has carried the fight as much as anyone, run his bollocks off more than anyone, doubled his efforts running forward, taken more risks and responsibility on the ball. He's still got a shocking final ball and he makes mistakes galore - as they all do - but there's no doubt he really cares and is really trying.
