This happened today in the Dutch League. Top of the table clash between Feyenoord and PSV. The game was heading towards a draw before this.
The PSV players were bewildered and to be fair the ref was slightly surprised his watch sounded for a goal by the goal line technology. Post match close range replays has since showed that the ball actually didn't cross the line at first but the keeper grabbed it in while he was standing up 😆
Feyenoord now has an 11 point gap to PSV because of this.
