Yeah I reckon we should count Nasri out for February.

So Vermaelen and Nasri out against the best team in the world. We may have JUST been able to edge them without Vermaelen (although very highly unlikely) but without two, possibly world class, first teamers I think we'll struggle a lot.

Vermaelen is still out for another six weeks from now btw.

Having seen the sending off again I think it's a pretty questionable card. By the old standards I guess Squillaci should've gone for being the last man, but he didn't deny Huddersfield an obvious goal-scoring opportunity in my opinion, and therefore the red card was harsh. He was just being stupid. If he'd read the situation a bit better he wouldn't even have had to block Hunt. Hunt had knocked the ball so far away trying to get around Koscielny that he'd lost all control over it anyway.

Also, I think Hunt was actively looking to make contact with the defender.

If you're a Crawley fan then that is the best tie you could wish for in terms of a good day out, especially as they'd probably lose to any team in that draw save for the Os.

Still we're through, and I thought Arshavin looked dangerous today aside from the final ball, we're going to need him to step up to cope without Sami for the next month unless it's just a strain.

Orient away is going to be a great day out, especially considering a lot of our support is from the area.

I reckon bendtner can do a job filling in for nasri. He had a slow start in his first few matches last season, but he really turned it on once he got back in the groove of it. Then again, he was playing centrally, so well see how he fares out wide.

I'm under the weather, so I missed the match. It seems like we now suffer from over-confidence, and it's something we need to sort out ASAP if we want to challenge in the league.

Just saw the spurs result 😆
