TBF to Muller he's not world class so he needs the system to suit him.
Oh god now everybody copies Iceland
I feel like France is Robb Stark. 🙁

Getting a cuddle for Koscileny and Giroud
Ozil wasn't that great, surprised people are giving him credit.
Played a few class balls to wide players but didn't create much in terms of true goal scoring opportunitites. Doubt he finished with any chances created.
Yeah Özil was poor but so was everyone in their attack. Probably their least poor player.
Koscielny on the other hand was beastly.

No way was ozil poor today. He tailed off in the second but i thought he was easily the most influential german in the first half. Draxler and muller were poor

Just realised he celebrated like that twice. Not sure how anyone can be so cool in such a big match.
Copying the Iceland celebration is so cringeworthy.

I'd agree that he wasn't Germany's worse player, but that was hardly the performance you want from a star player. Average performance at best by him.
Though I do like this gif of Ozil's teammates looking to Ozil:

Thought Umtiti cocked up for the goals against Iceland?

Fixed.
Ozil was easily Germany's best player for the past games, today he did his job but was pushed wide for bloody Schweinsteiger, and so wasn't as effective or free. Blame Low.
After Suarez Griezmann is the best striker in the world.

Lovely pic.
Germany's main problem was the absence of a striker. The rest of the team were more than good enough to win the thing but they had no focal point at all.
I can't believe they didn't ask Klose to come with them as a squad option. He had perfect form in the months leading up to the tournament.
Ozil 🙁
Nice to see him going over to Wenger and Pires after the match for a long chat.
