Only problem is he's not that good on the flanks. He excels in a free role behind the striker, but where does that leave Ozil?
Wenger gives most of his players free roles anyway, unless the players themselves have a narrow definition of their role like Walcott used to or Coquelin most of our players pop up wherever they feel like it anyway (Özil, Alexis, Ramsey etc)
Griezmann also has a very good work rate, I don't mind if he roams a bit as he always tracks back even when he plays up front in a 4-4-2
