I read all these things with a pinch of salt. Wasn't that long ago an article about the Belgian revolution, and the Ajax academy. Probably was an article about Denmark back then too. Only the Greeks didn't get one of these "doing it right articles". The only one thing in common between the multiple examples is that they recognise talent very quickly and work on that talent very quickly.
