I would be very surprised if that can work in the league. I haven't seen a 3 man defence work for a prolonged period of time here, only Rodgers' Liverpool and Martinez's Wigan ever come close to succeeding.

buy class central defenders and have a go. if it's gonna fail at least try getting the right players and fail on those terms.

Nah Zouma is alright and is probably better than Terry from this point forward. Problem is neither him nor Cahill are outstanding. Conte's tactics will help as will Kante but a good team can get at them
I think Zouma is pretty decent too. With his physical attributes he could probably be the Chiellini replacement for Conte. Letting him push up into midfield as the third man leaves his defensive game less exposed too. Biggest issue is probably how the knee injury affected him.
