People talk about the party screwing him over and it's true to an extent, but it's worth pointing out that it got progressively worse from when he was first elected leader, with him alienating many of the initial shadow cabinet. Even now his inability to lead is constantly reflected with the front bench regularly disagreeing in public. He's a lifelong backbencher thrust into the main job and he's clearly out of his depth.
And he's responsible for Dianne Abbott for being the Shadow Home secretary.
