Only thing i remember were some reports that he is sure to quit Wolfsburg this summer and some reports that Schelke want him back. This was before Euros though. I really think this kid would work out for us.

that point was in reference to mkhi, and the larger point being the mancs can get signings sorted quickly because they pay a premium to both the selling club and the player

They have the revenue power to be able to do so and still meet FFP.
Not that FFP even means anything in the first place anymore.
They lack CL football though. Ibra would be done by now if they had it. I think players will go there but they'll check out other options first in a way they wouldn't have 5 years ago.

That wouldn't make any sense since he's leaving on a Bosman. Regardless of whether he agrees to join another club or not he'll still be a PSG player until his contract expires.

If AW fails to secure Mkhitaryan and then Draxler I hope he's got a bona-fide 3rd option.
