Was quite funny actually, most people here refuses to rate Bale for one reason or another, even brought out Walcott's stats to belittle him when it was obvious he was top class and carrying Spurs alone.
Dont think people don't rate him as in don't think he's good. But I don't think he deserved his player of the year award in PL, and I don't think he was forth his transfer fee. He's not one of the very best.

A lot of players don't settle in Russia. Elano said something along the lines of it's to cold to control a football. And the other thing is old injuries really hurt in the cold.
