Would be a really good, interesting addition if it happened. I hope to see us diversify our attack with more creativity, at least after a 4-12 week span. Even if that were to happen and we grow out of a skewed approach, I think he would complement the side. Everton have made huge financial losses in the last three seasons and their modest stadium diminishes the impact that renewed gate income can bring. Could be a rare window of opportunity to make a play.
With Barca, as I'm sure they're looking to reduce their wage bill I don't see how transferring up-and-comers and youngsters is going to benefit them. 4 players earning 200+k a week, 13 players 100k+. It feels like a small pool of transfer candidates that would favor both parties.
