Whilst I agree that as individuals they have quality, IMO it's the result of our inept transfer methodology where we have recruited quality players who are not suited to playing together as a unit, let alone as a team.
As it stands the Defence and Midfield are better suited to sit deep retaining possession, whilst the Attack is best suited to fast transitions using pace and space in runs in behind the last man, whilst at the same time the Attack is incapable of creating opportunities for themselves let alone as a unit.
