As a former City youth player he has some experience of England and the language too which should make the transition smoother. He could be a worthwhile signing if we're looking for bargains.

Something definitely happened to him last year around this time. He had been slowing down for a while but you could tell he passed some kind of point of no return. All the strength and dexterity just disappeared from his game. I genuinely think he's barely Championship standard at the moment. I have no idea who tends the goal for Leeds, but if they offered us a blind swap I'd take it. Cech must be feeling the decline too.
Maybe the summer because he's probably being overpayed, but it would be decent for everyone if we got a young replacement in and just let him hang up his boots.

Probably a Ramsey replacement more than anything. It's a squad game and I think it's pretty clear that no one's place is certain under Emery. Closest thing to that is probably Xhaka and Bellerin.

It's not that weird, Xhaka as a player has some very good attributes.
He's hampered by his own lack of focus mainly.
