oh and having huge cash reserves doesn't mean we wouldn't initially offer to pay in multiple installments. arsenal have paid in mulitiple installments many times in the past. they only pay up front when it's necessary to complete the deal. look at arsenal's recent accounts and it will show that they owe other teams money (and it's not just small top up clauses either) as well as being owed by other clubs.
and i think he's clearly more athletic than arteta (and stronger, not a quality to be overlooked).
