Looks like Emery is sounding out Banega as a Ramsey replacement.
Or this one...

or this...although I think he's more likely CM than AM - so not a Rambo replacement in the Emery system.

Bailly from MU.
Even for 33m if Mislintat and Sanllehi think he's worth a crack it's good enough for me.

Was being talked about in The Wish List IIRC.
33 mill!! Fuck that. Throw that towards a world class prospect. Not some MLS gamble.
He's been one of the best MLS players for 2 seasons now, 20m is worth a gamble. Maybe not above 30m.
I wonder if we can get Christensen in since he's surplus to requirements at Chelsea
We should sign Bradley Wright Phillips in that case. Been scoring for fun for years.
Wenger has been gone for 6 months and we're already an MLS level club. I seriously can't believe it. I'm shocked.
😆
Annoyed that Mourinho is scouting Milenkovic.
Let him scout. He’s getting sub-optimal output from every player not named Fellaini

Interesting link. He's their best CB IMO but he seems to have fallen out with Mourinho.
He and Sanchez at Spurs are basically carbon copies of Kos without the ball - similar strengths(almost unbeatable 1 v 1, great recovery pace, decent in the air without being dominant etc) and weaknesses(dodgy positioning, tendency to switch off(with Bailly being the worst)). Kos is much better than them on the ball though.
Think both Lindelöf and Smalling have a lot higher ceiling than Bailly who I don't rate at all. Would be well annoyed if we signed him, especially with our current squad makeup.
He's big, very strong and very fast, but I have doubts about his defensive instincts and mentality. Would rather pay up for a proper one. Skriniar, Manolas, Koulibaly etc. What's up with Pavard?
Not sure why things have been so quiet around Pavard. I thought he would be hot on the market after the World Cup he had. Jones probably has a better idea of how he has performed in Bundesliga but he feels like a player we should be looking at.
I see Bayern are linked with Pepe - they usually recruit good wingers

They've already got Coman and Gnabry as options to replace Robben and Ribbery, and they've also signed that young Canadian wonder kid.

Bailly is quality imo. By far their best CB but has been fucked about by Mourinho who has managed him scandalously this season. Fine by me if they let him go and stick with chuckle brothers Smalling and Jones and the soft Lindelof.
One on one he’s decent because he’s so physical and he never seems to be directly responsible for a huge amount of goals either. But a lot of the time i put that down to him being terribly positioned and unaware of basically everything going on around him
I wouldn’t actually rate him too much higher than someone like Sakho.
