To answer Zac's question. Fast defence = high line, compressed midfield giving jack and Aaron plenty of pops to win the ball. We would pin opponents in and let Zlatan mushroom tap them

I'd love to see Zlatan at Madrid just for the lulz. In football, I don't think there is a player more determined to be the top dog than Zlatan. I suspect that is a big reason why Barcelona didn't work out for him. I suspect he would kick the shit out of Ronaldo within 6 months. One of Ronaldo's tantrums directed at Zlatan would not be a wise move for the Portugeezer. 🙂

I'd take Aguero over Zlatan too.

In fact bar Messi and Ronaldo I'd be hard pushed to think of a striker I'd rather have than Aguero.

it's di Maria. who would be an upgrade.
United bringing in the de Pay could make some of their forwards expendable, so someone like di Maria could be dropped. i would take him if he could replicate his Madrid form from the Champions League-winning season. him on one wing and Sanchez on the other would be hectic.

that said............... my priority is and has been for 3 years: get a fokking striker
