Not saying Jenkinson hasn't been poor - I don't watch West Ham - but, I watched them against Liverpool on Saturday and Tomkins never crossed the halfway line, so it could be more a case that Bilic prefers the type of player Tomkins is rather than him outright being better than Jenkinson.

Should have really bought Serge Aurier instead when he was practically begging to join us. He was available for about half the price too.

Get rid of this joker. Fabinho at Monaco would be a good replacement, tall (need more of them in our team), very good DM back up and solid defensively. Not an attacking fullback though, he's more like Azpilicueta at Chelsea.

I am pretty amazed by Aurier's transformation at PSG. He was raw and really careless, now he looks top class.

I am guessing Wenger wanted a established RB at that time rather than gamble on Aurier.

I'm upset we didn't let him go to United too. We could have weakened them further before going to Old Trafford to beat them up.

To be fair Darmian or whoever they will play after his injury is even worse. Says it all really if they wanted him over their lot.
