Seems to have all the characteristics that Wenger likes in a player in midfield. Seems more of a CM than DM though from the videos.
Yeah, there's a guy in reddit who's a Basel fan and has described him more as box-to-box, but that doesnt mean he cant play a more restrictive role as these are simply the needs at Basel.
There's so much about this that screams Wenger signing. I'm completely convinced we're getting him.

Another CM under 6ft tall. We have got the shortest set of CMs in Europe, even Barca's are taller ffs. Makes us too reliant on Giroud defending corners and free kicks.
He looks about the same height as Gabriel, might as well sign Danilo if your looking for a mountain in CM.

If this guy is a competent footballer please get him here January 1st. Anybody who can receive the ball off the CBs and play a forward pass.
doesnt seem like he'll be the type to come in and improve the first team when everyones available, but he cant be worse than flamini at the moment
Obviously never seen the guy play, but from clips he seems to play with urgency and a balanced aggression as well as being good on the ball. Not bad qualities to have.
