Sky sources understand Anders Lindegaard is due to undergo a medical at West Bromwich Albion this afternoon, with a view to a free transfer from Manchester Utd.

Sky sources are also telling us this afternoon that West Ham are close to agreeing a loan deal to sign Victor Moses from Chelsea.

Sky sources understand that Alex Song could be the next signing to be announced at West Ham.

Sky sources understand AC Milan have made a loan enquiry for QPR midfielder Sandro.

Chelsea’s search for defensive reinforcements before Tuesday’s transfer deadline has prompted a move for the Nantes centre-half Papy Djilobodji, with the player set to undergo a medical ahead of signing a four-year contract at Stamford Bridge in a cut price £2.7m move.

Djilobodji, a Senegal international, had entered the final 12 months of his deal at the French club and, having made clear his desire to depart this summer, has been training with the development squad at Nantes over recent weeks. A bid of around £1.6m from the Turkish club Trabzonspor was rejected last week, with the 26-year-old having also attracted interest from Celta Vigo, only for Chelsea to make known their interest over the weekend.

from what i can gather, even Monaco fans think he's "ok"...   more of a project than anything else

Pretty accurate. He looks talented but even if his development goes flawless and he realises all of his talent he wouldn't be worth 50m.

Absolutely nothing on the Arsenal front?

Monaco's Martial AND Wallace were offered to Valencia by Jorge Mendes for €50m earlier this month

We finished our business in June.

I'll be surprised if Cech isn't our major signing of this summer. Don't think think we'll be busy much now.

Called this at the start of the window.

Any news on De Gea? If he goes it has to be today right?

If they sell him United will have somehow managed to spend over £100m and still get weaker.

We can still buy Gotze tomorrow 😃

SPORTBILD report that Kevin Großkreutz will join Galatasaray.

Tottenham have announced they have reached an agreement with Wolfsburg to sell Ismail Azzaoui.

damn premier league clubs must have JACKASS stamped on their foreheads because they're always being taken for a ride. no wonder we can't outperform la liga. this money advantage is being wasted.

Biggus' 'rise of the rest' thread seems more and more relevant. I reckon the smaller clubs are making far better signings than the big ones, other than City perhaps.

Schalke have signed the boy Pierre-Emile Højbjerg on loan from Bayern Munich

Nottingham Forest have accepted a £7m bid from West Ham for Michail Antonio. Winger expected in London for talks today #nffc

Hernanes heading to Juve for 10/11 million euro, his agent will work on contract. Inter after Eder (via Di Marzio)

Nacho Monreal has started following Athletic Bilbao on Twitter 🙁

Would be great banter if that's the annoucement.

Would be wonderful. Instead of buying players, Wenger will gut the team of its starters. Give you a little bit of perspective. "Each time you moan about this or that signing, I will sell a starter!"
