PSG haven't turned up here. Big difference to the team that won at Stamford Bridge last round, although Chelsea are guff compared to City.

City haven't looked much better than Chelsea in the CL imo.

PSG were knocked out by Blanc first and foremost. Don't think I've ever seen a manager field five defenders 1) in a CL KO tie 2) against inferior opposition 3) in a game they had to win, absolute poverty manager

Hoping Benfica can get something tomorrow

Ronaldo impressed today. That's what a winner do!
Can't complain about Wolfsburg. They looked like a modest team being overwhelmed by a mega club.

In terms of the EPL title race, what Real did to Wolfsburg we should have done to Leicester.

Didn't watch the game but heard Ronaldo had an all around big game? supposedly put in a huge shift and was all over the pitch...something he hasn't been doing / been able to do as of late.

This post didn't get the attention it deserved. 😆

42 Champions League goals for Cristiano Ronaldo since September 2013. More than Arsenal

PSG, Ibra and co are serial bottlers in Europe. Flat track bullies at its best.

Great goal

Arguably City's most important player these days. PSG are pretty overrated.

I wish we got him...would've been an infinite upgrade over Theo.

Ibrakadabra had a poor quarter final. United can buy him all they want.

37 hatricks in his Real career.

More goals than us as well. We are absolutely dire

I agree.
Like these wierdos using their mobiles instead of their eyes, i missed it.

We're actually terrible. Any good team and we just know we're facing a loss. One day hopefully other big teams will face us, and fear us. Right now we have no fear factor.

Caught the highlights, I reckon this should go down as one of Ronaldo's best ever performances

Champions League goals since September 2013:

  • Cristiano Ronaldo: 43

  • Arsenal: 41

😆 😆

Better than his United game vs Villa?

He's also scored more goals than Juventus.

Messi taking the freekicks to the left hand side, allow that. Let Neymar strike it with his right.

Griezmann 1-0. Uphill task for Barca now

Griezman!

Barcelona might actually wake up and start playing properly now. It has been a diabolical game so far.

Barcelona really are bottling it!

Arturo Vidal is playing huge in big games for Bayern again.

Messi and Suarez don't fancy it tonight. Neymar doing his best.

If you want to see what a team with purpose, desire and a clear idea of a game plan look no further then this athletico team. Would absolutely love supporting a team with this ethic.

We'd have won the league with Griezman in our team

It's something I've thought of often

Hope Atletico can hit them on the break, gotta be careful not to drop too deep against Barca.

You can say that about so many players though.

No, I genuinely wouldn't

Looks like a matter of time until Barca score here. They're opening Atletico up with ease now and it's become very last ditch.

Would love it if they went out though.

Seems a recipe for enduring a hellish closing 20 minutes for Atletico

I'm desperate for Barca to win, but I have to applaud Atletic, watch how they defend. They break up everything so well.

Gabriel like defending from Godin there.

Breaking up isn't the right word, they're not stopping anything in midfield. Can't get near Barcelona. But they're blocking and sliding and giving everything they have in the box.

Suarez what a scum elbow to Godin...think he's got a black eye from that

Classic Suarez. Dirty shit.

No way that was a natural position for his elbow to move from that position.
