I don't think we can moan about 'side x getting the easy draw' ever again 😃

Actually the sweet part is because they are literally 5 minutes away from me. Quite honestly the team we played today would struggle down at Brisbane Road - alright they're only League 1, but they're flying at the moment. We'll go through I'm sure, but it won't be a walkover.

City was a Dzeko tap-in away from losing to Notts County too. A replay will be very untimely for them.

We were a penalty away in the dying minutes of the 4th round tie from losing to Leeds.

Didn't City have a virtual full team out, though?

Yes they did. We played our second string against Leeds. City played a team that cost them £300-or-so million to assemble. Their new £27 million striker was shit again, by the way, despite the tap-in.

City without Tevez are pretty shocking and they also had Silva and Balotelli out. Why does Mancini keep playing Jo?

May not be easy for sure, but it's certainly better than getting City, United, Chelsea or even the likes of Stoke away. Will allow us to field a second string side again in a cruicial period.

It's a 10 min drive away from me too, and it was my local side when growing up.

Yep, same for me. Been over there more times than I can remember.

When one looks at what happened with Citeh, Spurs and even United, it's easier to stomach the proceedings at the Emirates today. Even Chelsea earned an unwelcome extra game :-)

Orient v Arsenal - the perfect draw! 😃

Definitely need to go home for that one.

Everton-Chelsea is about to be decided on penalties now.

Anelka 😆

Doesn't even bother to step back. He just hits it, straight at Howard. Such a pointless player.

Haha Cashley.

Couldn't happen to a nicer bloke - almost makes up for Neville scoring the winner!

Hahahahaha. Everton won! Ashley Cole missed Chelsea's last penalty. And I thought this week couldn't get much better.

so great that agents a. hole and le sulk were the bottlers. the fact that a neville sister was the winning kick doesn't even bother me.

haha that superb.

Chelsea out of the cup, and this means they'll play United in a week and a half as planned rather than may.

And Cole made it all possible!

Just hope Chelsea respond to this by giving ManU a good game in a couple of weeks. Nice as it is to see Ashley Cole sky it like that, Chelsea might have got their act together by the end of the season (when the ManU game would have been rescheduled for had they gone through).

our next two post orient opponents are having a good time at home against some light weights.
