Hart went through a bad spell 2 seasons ago and spent some time on the bench but since he's come back into the team he's been excellent. As you say top 3 in the league.

He's not enough, mate. Maybe if we sign Götze or Reus at the same time, but the gaps are too big in both ends. We needed so much more than one or two players.

I agree. We need a centreback, a midfielder and a striker to really sort this team out.....but at least if we get Benzema we can all have a feint hope that we could challenge for the League this season.

Alexis Benzema Ox... good attack, good chance to challenge the league.
Alexis Benzema Reus/Gotze... top UCL teams level, definitely expect to challenge the UCL as well.

Alexis Benzema Reus/Gotze... top UCL teams level, definitely expect to challenge the UCL as well.

But we'd still have a big problem in midfield in terms of finding the right balance - and that's because we lack the right player to make it work, and defensively, Mertesacker is starting for us every week - that's not gonna work either.
