Montero has murdered every full back in the league by now at least once I think, thought he was a decent prospect at Villarreal for while but he showed nowhere near his current level. If he had any end product he'd be one of the best wingers in the league.

He's a very good crosser of the ball but he doesn't shoot enough. He's like a better version of Matt Jarvis.
