I disagree.
Maybe Chinese clubs as even a relatively wealthy club like Milan only has a handful of players earning that much.

Nketiah on loan is a necessity too. We have killed his development by keeping him and not playing him at all last year and its way overdue. Hope he can go to Leeds, Bielsa would be fantastic for him

Yup. Nketiah lack of development has been shown up this pre-season by the players who got game time last season.
The trademark sharpness in front of goal wasn't in evidence and i think his career with us is over as he hasn't even got physicality (John-Jules) or mad pace (Martinelli) to fall back on.

£5m would be robbery considering he only has 10 months left on his contract. The £2m fee also beeling bandied about seems much more likely.

If we're loaning Nketiah then it's likely Emeey doesn't plan on playing Aubameyang and Lacazette at the same time.

Mkhitaryan

7 into 3. To be fair, we should drop one of these guys. I assume Mkhitaryan is staying. If we are playing the big 3 together, I keep Nketiah. If we rotate strikers, I send him away.
The real worry is Nelson. If we play Aubameyang and Lacazette together, then Nelson should go, as he will be fighting for space with Iwobi.

I think that despite missing many shots, Nketiah's general play has shown us that he can still develop into a good player. A loan where he will play regularly is exactly what he needs.

It would be sad to move Martinelli as he is trying to acclimatise to Europe. But we do need to maximise minutes so these guys shake mistakes out of their bodies. Mistakes like the AMN own goal are a normal part of growing up. Just get the guys enough quality minutes quickly enough in stable environments. Would be superb if we could get a deal with a good team like St Etienne to house one of these guys for a season.

Nah I think Martinelli needs to stick around and train with us, play Europa, etc There is only room for so many young attackers before they all start suffering though. Eddie is probably best served on loan. Not sure he's gonna make it here anyway, much as I like him he hasn't really pushed on and even in pre-season he showed glimpses instead of any real push for a serious spot in the squad. Maybe if he can tear up the championship he can come back and challenge here.

I expect him to become a Defoe level striker and that will be very good.

Emery always favour Mkhi playing, I think he will be a starter at the start of the season and then we see how Pepe develops.
