Schalke have signed Mainz's Germany U21 international defensive midfielder Johannes Geis.

They seem to have their midfield sorted for the next decade if they can keep them. All german too-

Bale is less flashy but more productive for the team. Bale had a better first season, Neymar had a better 2nd. Now lets see the 3rd

I think people sometimes forget the ridiculous goals Bale was scoring at a more 2 in 1 rate in his last season at Spurs.

If we went for Bale I'd play him up top. I think he struggles to impose himself on games from the wing. He looks so much better playing for Wales.

I'd play him on the right. The way he'd always move the ball on to his left and shoot without the defenders being able to stop him was incredible. He'd add genuine range to our attack too.

Bale's out of our reach too. He can probably only go to City, United or PSG

He's on double the money of our highest earners besides the fee (at a conservative estimate 60-70m)

Even chelsea pay Hazard 200k on his new deal and they won't pay Bale more than him under their new stricter wage control.

Bale is incredibly good. The Real team is built so much around Ronaldo, Bale hasn't been allowed to express himself.

I don't know if it will be right but it's probably like comparing Messi and Ronaldo.

Bale has also shown that he can do it on a cold night in Stoke.

Weird that Chelsea refuses to let Mikel leave when he hardly had any game time last season.

Liverpool is in talks with Bacca, Firmino and Rondon according to Sky. All 3 good players, hope they get none of them.

Rondon is wank, Firmino can and will do better and Bacca is already at a better team who plays CL.

Not sure why the latter two given they have Ings, Origi, Sturridge and Balotelli so that's 5 players solely capable of playing up-top.
