Care to elaborate?

It's been used for Juanmi, Falcao, Vidal, Ayew etc.

All real deals.

I'm saying you are doing it right.

Thanks!  πŸ™‚

If I were the Liverpool owners I wouldn't let Rodgers anywhere near the Sterling money.

80 percent of 40m equates to about .5m short of Benteke's clause πŸ™‚

I'd turn that City offer down if I was Liverpool, assuming it's real. They are ridiculously desperate. Β£30m last week, Β£40m this week...give it a month and who knows.

Sean Dyche confirms reports that @trippier2's proposed move to Tottenham Hotspur is an "active deal".

40m for Sterling is just stupid money.

And thats about the best Liverpool could hope for. And they'd have to count on no one else coming in for him. They are absolutely fucked.

Remember former arsenal target ricky alvarez.

After a poor start at Sunderland he got a bad injury. Sunderland were obligated to buying him but are now trying to cancel the deal.

Β£40m for Sterling is getting silly. Certainly shouldnt go higher than that.

Liverpool have several people who come together to decide on transfers Rodgers doesn't have it all his own way. Lucky for him he has a scape goat because they wasted a ton of money.

Micah Richards to Villa on a free transfer, the plonkers gave him a 4 year contract worth 65k p/w πŸ˜†

Simon Kjaer. πŸ˜†

I wanted him so badly back in those days where he was so impressive at Palermo.

We all did. We all did. πŸ™‚

Southampton signed Cedric.

I reckon Clyne is on the move. Hopefully not to United.

Surprised Liverpool seemingly aren't challenging Spurs for Trippier, maybe they fancy they can snare Clyne?

Clyne ain't anything special.

Agree. Looked massively out of his depth in a game I saw him in for England the other month.

Then he showed his true colours for the national side. He was a top YouTube player tho. Agents get alot of them videos made for YouTube.

Some are from fans like DaG.

Never rated Kjaer that highly based on his Palermo performances. It's a difficult club to make sense of if you don't watch them regularly, though. Half of the time they've managed to grab a genuine talent like Cavani. The other half it's just Zamparini getting free PR through the papers because he spends a lot of cash on young and promising players. They get a lot of goodwill because everyone loves a success story.

Borussia Monchengladbach have completed the signing of highly-rated Swiss striker Josip Drmic from Bayer Leverkusen.

Southampton agree Β£3.5million deal to sign Sporting Lisbon right-back Cedric Soares, according to Sky sources.

Former Manchester City and Galatasaray midfielder Elano will rejoin Chennaiyin for the 2015 Indian Super League season after agreeing a loan move from parent club Santos.

Aston Villa sign former Manchester City defender Micah Richards on a four-year deal.

IIRC we were linked to Drmic 1 or 2 summers ago?

Last season.

Gignac has joined Mexican side Tigres.

Surprising one that. He's a current french international and still 29. You'd expect him to have offers in Europe.

I love the way that Gunner89 updates the thread title with the most uninteresting transfers each day. πŸ˜†

The summary above by marv on the same page if you had read it will give you an idea about how many interesting transfers have happened

Maybe the "interesting" stuff is a figment of your imagination

Didn't mean anything by it mate, I enjoy the updates.

No offence taken mate πŸ™‚

In other news:

Tottenham are interested in Swansea's Jonjo Shelvey, according to The Guardian.

CONFIRMED: Southampton FC completes the signing of Portugal defender CΓ©dric Soares on a four-year deal from Sporting Clube de Portugal. β€ͺ#β€Žsaintsfc

$$$. The Mexican sides have loads of cash to spunk.

Joao Miranda close to Inter for 15m euros. To add to Marv, Mandzukic to Juve for around 18m euros.

Ouch. Simon Kjaer has just signed for Turkish club Fenerbahce and in his first media interview, published by Haber Turk newspaper, he claimed that he had the opportunity to sign for Liverpool but turned the Merseyside club down.
Haber Turk quote the Danish defender as saying "Liverpool wanted me, but I want championships, I want to win trophies. Fenerbahce's goals this season are big, and it was explained to me very well."

Can this be true ? πŸ˜† Players like Simon Kjaer are now turning down Liverpool... πŸ˜†

πŸ˜†

How the mighty have fallen.

which one, Liverpool or Kjaer?  lol...

Kjaer is a strange one..  he looked so phenominal when he was at Palermo and then strangely went to Wolfsburg and seemed to stagnate (even regress) and no one has really heard that much about him since, even though he plays regularly..  i remember wanting us to go after him back in 09/10...

Franck Tabanou has become Swansea’s second signing of the summer after penning a three-year deal at the Liberty.

honestly if swansea is signing him he probably is.

It means he is a adequate player to achieve a top 10 finish with. Fair enough - Swansea and Southampton have very decent scouting networks in place. They invest in decent players and utilize them properly on the field. Big fan of that personally.

Tabanou was highly rated few years ago at Toulouse, fell off the map a bit. Swansea's and Southampton's scouts aren't even that good but what you'd expect at that level with that kind of money involved, most of the league just falls well short compared to other leagues.

Flopped massively in Germany but has been one of the CB's in France since he went to Lille tbf.
