Yeah, Chambo's got a bit of talent.
Sterling is equally talented though. Remains to be seen who does better with what they've got. Injuries are not helping Chambo's case unfortunately.

In double digits for goals in all comps 2 seasons running plus 15 months younger than Ox.
He's got 17 league goals in 84 games. The Ox has 6 in 77.
Sterling is a forward, Chamberlain is a midfielder.
Chamberlain's last couple of seasons have been riddled with injuries which have delayed his progress.
He is an immense talent though and in my opinion a bigger talent than Sterling.
Both very talented
I just think Sterling is brilliant
He's been over played and consequently his form has dipped but he's truly blistering at his best
I agree Ox is a brilliant talent but that's all that is for now
Sterling's made an impact and in big games
Definitely trade Theo for Sterling.
likelihood of of sterling theo swap = 0.00000001%
He's saying there's a chance!
Claudius wrote:Apart from the fact that trades rarely happen, why on earth would Liverpool give up they best English talent since Rooney for a guy whose promise has evaporated. I already value Sterling at 35-40m. Theo is a 20m guy, and that's generous.
No secret that they are big fans of Theo and with Theo being a Liverpool fan he might be open to joining them. Sterling does not look interested at all in signing a new deal with them. Papers are linking him to other clubs, even though that could be bullshit it is usually one of the three parties who are leaking that to papers. So if there is a possibility why not try?
I'm not saying it could happen but I am saying we should only sell to Liverpool if we can get Sterling out of them.
Klaus wrote:I'm not entirely sure I see where the hype is coming from either. I certainly wouldn't swap Chamberlain for him if I had the opportunity.
No way for Ox, Theo is different. In a way I don't want to lose him because his skill set is unique and we have worked so hard on getting his game to this kind of level. However there are a lot of limitations in his game, teams dropping deep usually nullify most of his threat.
Sterling + Ox for us could be absolutely devastating.
Sterling seems to be an absolute twat.
Just going on seeing him interviewed, he seems a very clever kid to me.
If he doesn't want to sign a new contract with Liverpool he must be quite switched on

Smart player too. Not many neutrals would put Chamberlain over Sterling. Chambo has the talent of course.
Sterling has the basic tools down. He can absolutely skin cats with great close control. What he needs now is to work in finishing. Once that's down, I fear for the homies
Sterling is also a powerful little guy and works tirelessly
Brenton is converting him into a fullback though. Seems like a brilliant idea. Like when he replaced Luis Suarez with Rickie Lambert.
Isn't it usually Moreno + Markovic/Lallana on the wing, with Coutinho and Sterling floating behind the striker?
Chamberlain needs to work on his touch if he's to ever become a top player.
Paul Merson making a good point about Sterling's contract situation that I hadn't considered;
Former Arsenal attacker Paul Merson has said on Sky Sports’ Gillette Soccer Saturday that Raheem Sterling will not sign a new contract at Liverpool.
The England international winger’s current contract with Liverpool runs until June 2017, but talks over a new deal have been running for quite a while.
Manager Brendan Rodgers recently said that no talks over a new deal will be held until the end of the season, as reported by BBC Sport.
Merson has now suggested that Sterling would have signed a new contract months ago if he wanted to.
“He got offered a deal way before Christmas,” the 47-year-old told Sky Sports’ Gillette Soccer Saturday. “He is not signing until the end of the season. How much is he losing a week?
“So even if he does sign at the end of the season, it is going to take him six months to earn that money at Liverpool which he should have got already.
“I would be shocked if he signs. I think he should sign. For me, he has to sign, he has to sign.”
What Merson doesn't consider is that if Sterling's team knows how to negotiate, he'll get a much better deal even if it comes six months later. If Liverpool are desperate enough he'll have earned those six months wages in a couple of weeks and then some, he's a millionaire already anyway and doesn't need the money immediately.
