And yet I suspect that had Cazorla scored then there'd be plenty lauding the brilliance of Wengerball.

All they've got his physicality, a bobbly pitch and Kevin Friend's lack of fortitude. That's it. Even the simplest one-twos betweeen Bellerin and Ozil is unlocking their defence. Would be a big failure for football if we drop points to these clowns.

Well I haven't seen one kick of that half but according to the commentary this games "lacks quality", it's "not a classic" it's a "tough London derby".

Did feel like we only got going in the last twenty minutes.

We've done OK. We rode their relentless pressing in the first 25 minutes and controlled the game ever since. Continue in this fashion and we'll win.

Btw, except for a couple of mistakes, including when he got turned by Austin who went horribly close to scoring, Coquelin has been an absolute beast.

there is some serious potential in ozil+bellerin partnership on that right hand side, so much footballing intelligence and technical quality, they really enjoyed playing together

Nope. The Nasri era. He epitomizes everything about tippy tappy football during his years here. Ironically under the 3 players you mentioned we played some scintillating football and had 3 good strikers in our squad.

Anybody know what happen to Gomis? Heard he collapsed on the pitch and was stretchered off.

Feels like we have 7 midfielders, none of whome are willing to make a run forward. Need to bring on Theo for Rosicky.

Wenger faffing about with team selections all season......Bring on Walcott and Ox and put Alexis up-top. They seem far more easy to get by with passes and 1-2's rather than crosses.

Our passing game is too slow and too safe. We're so easy to defend against because we can't outplay other teams consistently and we're always outmuscled. The few chances we create are really just that, chance. A few good touches by a couple of our players, a bit of space is created and we can get the ball into a good position. There's no plan to the way we play.

Very impressed with Coquelin. He has been outstanding considering he broke his nose 3 days back. He doesn't seem to be affected mentally at all.

We definitely need Theo. There is no one in this squad who moves off the ball like him. We are too static.

Cazorla in a two man central midfield definitely doesn't work.

Some overreactions on here. Away games are always tricky. We need to get Ox or Walcott on for Rosicky.

A team of attacking mids trying to play a balanced counter attacking game. Not a great formula for success
