Thought he had a better game than Alexis personally, think he was our best player although that's not saying much.

I don't think Alexis had a very good game either. He looked alert and energetic but very little came off for him. Instead he held on to the ball for ridiculously long and kept dribbling until he got dispossessed. It felt like a Diaby performance.

Yeah pretty average game overall yet he still pulled out a top set piece to put us ahead. Zero blame on him for the result.

This guy is soooo good to watch and, unlike Rosicky, he's incredibly productive to go with it. He looks like he might actually add goals to his game too.

Owen might even take him over Welbeck if he keeps this up.

he's a major player for us. touch wood he stays in shape. i think he will because he's so in control of his energy output and balance, and he rarely gets clattered because his movement is so good. wilshere could learn a thing or two about how he avoids contact

I'd love to be a fly on the wall during the upcoming contract negotiations where Wenger tries to convince Özil that we're an ambitious club. Any sensible player on his level would flip Wenger the finger and tell his agent to call PSG.

A shame he didn't get an assist, would have been nice to keep that record going. At least he is playing good, always was an easy target for our fan base but imagine how pissed off he must feel playing with players like Giroud + Campbell.

Just hope Theo is back and we can keep him and Ramsey fit, those three on form could keep us going until others return.

Ozil was as smooth as butter today, skipped around Sunderland players as if they weren't there, by far our MVP player and I'd say best player in the league right now.
