Even a player as immensely talented as Özil needs first to work hard, and as a consequence great performances will follow. He wasn't flawless tonight, but he certainly put in a top class performance. As has been mentioned, his selfless, committed defending stood out today, along with his usual brilliant traits. I'd say it was his most complete performance in an Arsenal shirt.
