Tbf we were supposedly under severe financial restrictions then Flob, when things improved it was Klaus who recommended Ozil and Sanchez.
Yeah, because Özil and Alexis were virtually unknown in the world of football. :hmm:
He also said Michu is better than Benzema...
He did!? Klaus, explain yourself at once!
I'd rather the likes of Klaus and Clrnc hyped up the players they've watched and get it wrong than join the rest of you in writing off players without even seeing them play.
I'd rather they both were banned for inexcusable behavior like that, but we don't always get what we want, Morf, do we?
You're saying we have to have watched a player before we form an opinion of their abilities?
Get outta here!
You know nothing about us GM(JM?). We all watch YouTube compilations of the players in question.
If you say so, drumlard.
I'd say drumlard is jumping to conclusions, poor fella.

Yeah but only twice. Mainly you have to have checked their whoscored stats and read one article in the Guardian.

Knowing a player has made a career out of being a Man Utd reserve is all I need to know.
Most pleased that Jack gets to learn from Mesut.
"My best moment (of the season) was the first game back after my injury against Stoke (in January). The fans cheered a lot when I was brought on. That was a brilliant feeling and helped me a lot. "From then on, I understood: no matter what happened, the club and the fans are always with me. "But the most important thing is the opinion of my coach. I have a lot more self-confidence when he is with me. I always had that feeling with Arsene Wenger."

It's all coming together for him here now. Looks like he played well last night, too;
I really think he's going to own the Premier League next season. Can't wait! 🙂
DeAndre Yedlin who was introduced at half time had by the 70th minute hacked down Arsenal’s Mesut Özil, receiving a yellow card for the bad foul, which caused Tottenham fans to react on social media praising the full-back for bringing the North London rival to international level.
Sad fools.
"for bringing the North London rival to international level."
I've read this 5-6 times and I still can't make head nor tail of it.
It's meant to say rivalry.
Ta Toff.
