That's the big difference. He's actually bossing players physically now.
Defining moment (re the change in him since his return from injury), was him robbing Delph of the ball early in the game in the Villa half.

ozil took his foot off the gas in the second half. the first half was glorious. effortless movement, technique and anticipation
Actually thought he was better in the second, starting quite a few of our attacks with some sublime passes forward.
See, he can't keep playing like this and not earn the respect and recognition of the entire league.

Difference here being that we had width & movement & he got on the ball early enough to utilise both from inside the opposition half still in the middle 3rd rather than the final 3rd.
I'd say he's the most talented player we've had. Bergkamp runs him very close

The only thing which was bad from Özil was his corners.
Fair to say he is out of his shell now! Great player and great performance yesterday. Great seeing those who continued to put him down have shut their mouths. I'm sure they'll be out in force if his performances dip though, can't admit they were wrong about him....
