Naturally home is where the heart is so the ones who come here are the ones who are not doing very well back at home so they tend to be the desperado types. Those doing really well at home, such as ruling despots in Saudi Arabia, Syria, Zimbabwe or Nigeria could be the worst people in their countries but you wont find them on Hackney Marshes fighting with Mr T.
