Klopp's first few games in the league:
Tottenham Southampton Chelsea Palace City Swansea
Ouch.
I'm looking forward to seeing pool fans get their hopes up again.
...and then crushed. 🙂
They believe Liverpool will reach top 4 this season. Klopp may be a good manager, but I really find hard to believe that he is going to achieve that so fast (unbalanced squad, new league for him, etc.).
@RAWK_MELTDOWN United fans are happiest when in the comfort zone of thinking that Liverpool are an eternally diminished club. To be fair we've let ourselves down consistently over the last twenty years despite our moments of success so made it easy for United fans to think they would always be in that comfort zone. So when Klopp comes to LFC because of the immensity of our greatness and the romance we embody it destroys that comfort zone and is a reminder of the one thing that United fans fear more than anything - a successful Liverpool is United's nemesis and will diminish them. Klopp is a wake-up call for many people and the laughter at Liverpool always had a nervous quality to it from you when we were at our low ebb. A successful Klopp at Liverpool who revives us if successful will take United fans back to the bleak days before you had the upper hand over us, your central obsession and that is why the next few seasons are going to be an adventure for us and potentially a very frightening time for you. Everything they thought about us to be true has been shattered. In the most high profile and public manner possible. By a man they crave. We are the greatest, most glorious and beautiful and romantic club, a beauty that they feel diminished by. All they laughed at as us being delusional has just been affirmed as truthful and correct by Jurgen Klopp, and its causing them immense confusion, disturbance and a cold awakening and fear.

Sounds like how I'd expect Alf to sound if he was a Loverpool can.
Klopp: We have to make fans’ lives better. http://www.football365.com/news/klopp-we-have-to-make-fans-lives-better
Meanwhile Wenger can’t fathom ‘irrational’ Rodgers sacking. http://www.football365.com/news/wenger-cant-fathom-irrational-rodgers-sacking
😆 That really says it all doesn't it.
Oh wait......Fuck.
It’s not so bad, 12 points, when I read the newspapers it’s a disaster but it’s only six points to another position but nobody is satisfied. So we have to think about what we can change. “We have to change from doubters to believers.”

Klopp's right, the perception of what constitutes disaster is madly skewed. He's on a winner from the off as Liverpool fans believe he's the new Messiah 🙂
Well he's certainly charismatic- A manager for the fans eh.....Well time will tell if its true or not but by god I'm jealous that we're stuck with that other twat.

Don't they believe ever manager is the new Messiah?
The fact that someone photoshopped a stairway to heaven into that pic always gets to me.
😆 Pretty respectful to send a proper reply to that application.
Klopp won't bring Dortmund players to Liverpool: http://talksport.com/football/jurgen-klopp-not-interested-transfer-budget-new-liverpool-boss-rules-out-raid-borussia
One scouser can barely contain his excitement in the comment section below, despite the gloomy news:
it would be foolish to talk of transfers in October but Klopp comes across as very genuine too. Klopp's press conference not only hit the ball out of the park it went clear across the state boundary! Mind blowingly brilliant pc. He was playing it with a straight bat so we only got a cruise liner full of charisma rather than the super tanker full that you would normally get with him, but the best part of that conference was when he was talking about how changes cannot happen overnight, but that you cannot get to 3 years and then say "now the project begins". Absolutely brilliant. Exactly the right attitude and he is so believable you would struggle to argue with him.

Sounds like he practically won them the league with that interview. 😆
"we only got a cruise liner full of charisma rather than the super tanker full that you would normally get with him"
I've got some sympathy for them, it must be nice to have "Jürgen" on board charming the press given how fucking repellent and uncharismatic Rodgers was.
Now we need another few episodes of Being: Liverpool. 😆
So many :brow:
"We can only trust ourselves"
Brentan will be missed. 🙁
